About all I can say is that we (being the people on this board) are not the FAA and if there is someone on this board that is with the FAA and posting info regarding Baltia, they are in a huge world of hurt if they get caught.... So I doubt anyone here is with the FAA.. JMO. That being said, everything said on this board is from either word of mouth or interpretation. Mostly interpretation! The way the wording is it seems that the ditch would happen shortly after possibly the same night or even the next day. The fact is the FAA can pretty much do as they please, if the FAA wants to discuss things and make a decision that night or if they want to make Baltia wait a week to give them the thumbs up they can. All other Mini's we heard of not passing within days. Not hearing anything yet is a good sign people!

Just curious but how does anyone know the ditching hasn't been done yet? No one has been watching the plan 24/7. I mean maybe they have both been done and the paper work that is being done is to state both being passed and scheduling the proving flights. Just a thought. Regardless I can't lose money if I don't sell and I wrote this off long ago so here's to holding and hoping blta flies
