Yup the share selling schemes i have seen do 1 or 2 RS's per year. HJOE never done one. Share sellin scheme my a**.

3 companies I recently followed for 18 months didn't do a R/S but all 3 ended up being suspended.

A share selling scheme doesn't have to do a reverse split - the reason for a reverse split is to change business models and get in new investors and wipe out the old investors.

No it is not so obvious, look at legit share selling schemes most do atleast 1 RS a year hell some two. In hjoe entire history they have not done one RS. I don't care about all their misleading statements as they have always been under a billion OS until recently.

HJOE hasn't filed any financial in formation in almost a year and the TA is gagged - so we don't have a clue as to how large the O/S has ballooned to at this point.

Real companies don't gag the TA.
