this is complete nonsense.
yes, uspr has cancelled the shares given to rtc. however, rtc sent a conversion notice so right now, we have no idea if this will wind up in court. plus, they only cancelled a deal that never should have been done in the first place and only served to enrich the previous ceo and his friend, rather then enrich shareholders.
the previous drilling campaign and the fraudulent 43-101 uspr put on their website from it, showed the expert uspr geologists stated many, many steps that should be taken BEFORE additional drilling was done. there has been no statement by uspr that ANY of those recommendations were actually done.
once this seller is "done" there will now be millions, and millions of uspr shares bought at prices between 0.09 and .13. that's a ton of resistance before uspr can "return to higher levels". remember, not every uspr shareholder believes there's billions and billions. some want to buy at .09 and sell at .13. then that in turn will create more resistance at .13.
the more millions and millions of shares that get dumped here by uspr shareholders and convert holders makes it more and more difficult for the price of uspr to return to "higher levels".
buyout? jv? i thought they recently announced a new jv with a company that would "lead the project"? are they gone too??
how many 8k's has uspr announced in the past 4 years that either got cancelled or just never happened??? PE fund?? IB agreement?? bridge loan?? mesa??
still no comment from uspr as to who is doing this recent drilling so not sure if their latest jv is still intact.
so why should anyone believe that any new 8k from uspr announcing any new jv will actually work??
