I remember clearly the TCA deal required audited financials. Maybe that's why their being hard on HHSE. HHSE never fulfilled their obligation.

Having the debt all but wiped out would be absolutely HUGE....

The debt would not be wiped out, HHSE would sill be the same amount and maybe more in debt. Just making monthly payments to someone new. And from the sounds of it HHSE gets just 12 months until more dilution starts.

It will take months, if not years, to come up with the next excuse why they haven't done anything that increases pps.
