However, I would suggest you first take a look at the initial request for a PR that came true. I indicated that the PR mentioning the RS fits the bill.

When someone asks which PR, and promises contained within came true, they are asking which GOOD news PR of material benefit to SHs came true. The spin comes in the response of using the highly dilutionary R/S example, and attempting to play semantics. Ironically it just reinforces that every PR Porter has issued on his oil scam BAYP is bogus. One off PRs about bogus events of no material benefit to SHs.

BAYP.....'Sometings a R/S fits the bill, but we have none planned at this time'. Would that be a 'pre-announced' R/S to p your pants about.I read those statements all the time in PR's from my holdings.
