Well what IS going on then. This was supposed to be an exciting year with many big announcements and its been dead. Trials and Markmans come and go and no news what else can one do but assume none is forthcoming

You're right. Of course I don't know if my assumptions are true. I'm only going on what has happened before along with info I can scrap up.

This is a discussion board. To discuss possibilities and assumptions BEFORE they become fact so people can evaluate their investment decisions.

What's the difference between what I'm assuming and what an analyst bases his price target on 12 months from now? Many studies have shown analysts to be incorrect.

Here is my source. Looks like I was INCORRECT on the Yahoo trial as it usually takes a month. Also looks like the validity trial usually has a decision same day.
