That is fantastic news for all of the B, E preferred holders and any of the DECN affiliated hedge funds.

Those "special" DECN people are hoping that the small shareholder continues to hold and/or buy more.

Why? That makes it much easier for these special DECN people to run circles around the small shareholder.
