I've said this before but I have no idea how to prove it. I'm pretty sure he has set up his various ventures where the revenue goes somewhere other than the company (IMTV/PNCH/ICPA) he is selling stock in. He promotes and PRs stuff but somehow any revenue goes elsewhere. How he pulls this off is beyond me.
