I realize it is not the excuse to bring up , especially here, but I hate to admit it but almost all the money on the OTC is made by short trades, and it's usually either insiders or people with hedge funds that chase the money.
The occasional flip also occurs but you gotta be real quick with that.

The same denial was used in the the overstock.com case. It could not be proved for a while but now it is undisputed.
