Thanks. I'm sure there are plenty of sources for the answer I was looking for, but I figured the person who made the statement may have something in mind when he made it, so I asked him. I wasn't really asking how many different ways a company could be granted exclusivity but which of those ways might apply to THIS company and ITS candidates.
