Better get rid of the pinks altogether. Invest profits in an audit, get listed in the Nordics with a clean 1:1 share exchange and start embracing the public status already. If management don't want to be a US company, maybe being the only independently owned media agency in Sweden that is publicly listed will better serve their purpose. It would certainly find a larger audience there. And if there are plans for future activities the US, choose a double-listing instead. Arbitrage will ensure that the two symbols will move in tandem.
