Scared, as you know I've been more interested in monitoring how they've buried the original XRF technology that could reportedly detect trace explosives at 2 meters in real time.
This Valimed/meth gun crap is not the same thing and does not impress me one bit. Original Loch Harris shareholders were scammed big time IMO and I don't trust a single one of the SOBs that helped Daboyz (TM- blochoc) cover it up.
Litigation expenses for the next 18 months should be at least $1.5 million, if not more, in order to meet a trial date of Sept 2007. I wonder why they didn't budget that number into their forecast - I'll bet none of these guys has any experience in patent infringement lawsuits and they just don't know - or they do know the cost estimate and just don't want to say.
