Yep.
"Investors" had plenty of time to figure out what the real deal was with insiders and the ridiculousness of their methods.
The writing was on the wall for a long long time.. every time they missed a self-imposed deadline, failed to pay a contractor, had a lien applied against them, botched a well, failed to show up for a TRRC hearing, or put out a ridiculous PR.
So many symptoms of a share selling scheme.. and still the delusions for some continue.
