There also seems to be a misunderstanding about the bankruptcy case. Until I read the appellate judge's ruling, I was under the impression that the case showed Blackburn to be pure as the driven snow.

On the contrary, both the bankruptcy judge and the appellate panel concluded that Blackburn had committed fraud.

And that so had Carolyn Alonzo.
