The election in Guinea is set for this October. Alpha Conde has already announced to his people that Kallo's system will be deployed. To not follow through with this promise BEFORE the election would be political suicide. In my opinion we will see the deal consummated before October; it only makes sense. Conde guarantees himself defeat without it!! The current share price DOES NOT accurately reflect the value of this company. Purchases at these levels will NEVER be seen again once the run starts!!
