TOPS on a great shape.net income has doubled.also a golden cross chart.as I already mentioned my previous posts.this is the only shipper that survive past years crash.2 weeks ago PR means more cash.no need to dilute. No need to research more when you have a chart like this and dreat balance sheet ( 34m net assets after paying debt).its twice market cap).
