By "cares" are you saying only people who aren't looking for ROI should contact them? Lenny Greene, the worst CEO in America, surely doesn't want to talk about ROI.
It is great you have no problem getting a hold of them. I have called that line many times (it has been around for a while) and never get an answer to my questions.
You could do us all a favor and ask these since you have no problem getting through:
1-What has been the delay with the website. It is now over a year since last July when Lenny Greene, the worst CEO in America, promised it would be 90 days. There was no question that is what he said.
2-Why has he decided to stop updating the investors?
It is awesome that you seem to have no problem at all getting through the company. Maybe I could conference call in with you and we could ask him together.
