Yes cross examination of most of thes so called witnesses will be interesting to say the least.
Last trial some were crying in the courtroom and refused to even take the stand.
Maybe the court will provide cry towels this go around but I doubt it

The SEC, like the DOJ, wins more than 90% of its cases, either in court or in a settlement.
