Getting busted for pot is probably going to seem pretty tame compared to being busted for tax evasion.

I have always wondered why the IRS doesn't target penny stock scammers more than they do. You'd think that there is a tax evasion aspect to just about every one of these scams. And that the IRS would be highly motivated to prosecute every chance they had.....since there are personal assets to go after.
