Yup, the best way to get conned is to ask the con man. However, I'd ask the company what they think their competitive advantage is. THAT should be good for a laugh! :-D

Ask them what kind of Economic Moat they enjoy. Ask them what kind of Technological Moat they enjoy. Ask them what their competitive advantage is. Ask them if they even HAVE any. :-D
