the CST website is still up. It was never taken down.
I think the reason we get a 403 error is because ISP's in the USA are blocked. I went to the cstamdl website using a foreign proxy and it worked fine. Anyone here can verify this by using a foreign proxy as a portal.
Let me phrase this another way: It looks to me like the Aussies have placed Americans on Ignore.
There are some changes. I don't have copies of the old website to compare to, but the changes and corrections I see are:
-> the pictures of specific people have been removed. Those pictures were behind the scenes in wordpress and were not linked on the "production" website anyway so this is just cleanup.
-> on the "Clinical Trials" page, they changed Q2 to Q3 in this sentence: "In Q3 2015 CST will begin further larger clinical trials in China, Singapore, and Malaysia focused on Lung, Liver, & NPC Cancers using the rapid cancer test.."
-> the wording about CST conducting the historical DR70 clinical trials themselves has changed -- CST is no longer claiming to have done the work -- now it says "12,765 clinical trial subjects worldwide have been tested with CST’s blood test" and "CST’s cancer detection technology in its existing blood test form has been proven to detect 14 major cancers in published clinical trials."
They also shortened the Products and Science pages. I can't identify what exactly has been removed, but CST is still claiming the following:
"CST now produces and manufactures an approved cancer blood test for Colorectal cancer and a TPD (Canada) approved blood test for Lung Cancer. Please note: at this time the products are not available in the USA."
"Over a period of nine years CST integrated three sets of products and two science backgrounds to combine them with our distinct disciplines on five different continents to create an unprecedented and completely revolutionary cancer blood test that can now detect 20 major cancers."
"Our blood cancer test was the first new cancer test for Colorectal Cancer to be approved by the FDA in 31 years, (since January 14, 1982)."
We have had;
•TGA in Australia, CE mark in Europe, TPD in Canada, and 4 import certifications in South Korea, India, Taiwan and Vietnam for our blood test.
•International Patent protection and Patents pending.

Finally -- the "Visit Our Labs" page has not changed. It still says "CST’s reseach labs and manufacturing facility is currently in Los Angeles" and the picture of the AMDL Diagnostics sign is still there. Also, the Contact Us page still lists these addresses:
