Once the SEC starts " weeding through " ALL of Scott's stock selling manipulation, it should NOT take them long to come to the conclusion that he is a SCAM ARTIST!
Handing out CHEAP shares well below MARKET PRICE for cash and then allowing those BOZO's to then DUMP them right back into the lap of the shareholders is just a cheap sideshow attraction.
Only one making money is those who handed Scott a few thousand dollars for several HUNDRED MILLION shares at .00001 or lower and then dumped them back at .0001......do the math!!!!
Do that little P&D process a few dozen times ( as we have all witnessed ) and it doesn't take long for one to SEE where all of the shareholders & SEEK's money AND PPS have gone to.
Scott is NOT a CEO but rather a " Slick Willy " CON ARTIST that is very good at ENTICING individuals to invest in something that he is fully aware of WON'T WORK and in addition is padding the pockets of his " friends " at the shareholders expense!!!!
