#21145 RE: ronk #21144

I don't know about most. I know most of the skilled investors do look at financials. Some just rely on the charts/technicals and ride the momentum. Such informed investors seem to be the minority in the retail investor world these days. There are financials that don't say very much, but there are many that spell out cash issues, other concerns, and upcoming dilution. I've seen things time and time again on these messageboards where people have questions or concerns that are answered in the financials. For their own personal reasons, they don't look at them. They appear to be looking for someone to go and highlight the information for them.

There is current concern that NRTI management isn't saying much at the moment about the (lack of) Nulief launch. My point was that the Safe Harbor specifically addressed this (whether we like it or not). Perhaps they were misleading. Perhaps they just don't want to put the information out there at this moment. Time will tell if they eventually address this or not.

These forward-looking statements involve a number of risks and uncertainties, which could cause Inergetics' future results to differ materially from those anticipated. Inergetics assumes no obligation to update any of the information contained or referenced in this press release.
