Interesting summary jrock777!

1) So why is Wall Street so unimpressed with this stated progress? Which the PPS clearly reflects right now?

2)Why do you think that their has not been any venture capital or solid institution will to ante up $30mm or $40mm to fund this pipeline? Other than toxic funding?

3) Do you think the CEO is too eager to bring this vast pipeline forward without any partnerships...knowing both short term and medium term it will require MASSIVE dilution? ESS is the perfect candidate (in my humble opinion)?

4) Is the BOD sleeping....too interested in their own personal endeavors and just collecting paychecks?

5) How long should any CEO have to prove himself? What do you think the NASDAQ oriented institutions might do if Gerald shows the same performance when potentially Uplisted?

6) LymPro seems like a yawner; why invest so much time, resources with this asset? Lets progress the Georgetown assets and move a credible asset with stronger performance forward (and potential).

7) You can buy every (and any asset in the world and from any other business. But if you dont have any fundamental and meaningful financing plan what good is it to have them?

Poor leadership translates to a suffering stock price. Reality 101.....if you want to give credit for these accomplishments...perhaps AMBS would be better served as a private entity (but its not my friend..and thats a SERIOUS problem).

Brilliant and objective analysis. What a smart mind. Keep up the good work. Let the naysayers talk like scolded cat..
They too know the value of AMBS, OTHERWISE they would not be here. After all, everybody is here to make money. If MABS is so worthless, they don't need to b*sh, all they need is lay back and watch ambs disappear. They are cared yes the naysayers are scared, uncomfortable. So they talk a lot. After all empty barrels make lot of noise.
Patience is virtue
long and strong AMBS

jrock777. I would encourage someone with connections to Gerald to have him contact Jonathan Goodman at Knight Therapeutics in Canada.

They are sitting on nearly $500 million in cash and are aggressively seeking out partnerships with companies that hold late stage or approved assets.

GUD on the TSX exchange. The CEO's mandate is to sign win/win licensing deals and partnerships and has a genuine desire to advance assets like the one's held by AMBS. A partnership deal would also lend credibility to the AMBS executive.

AMBS needs cash and this opprtunity needs to be explored.

Nice post. Now if GC can keep from diluting shares post split, and assuming some of the cylinders you mention start firing, shareholders (especially those who are still holding onto pre-split values), may actually see some profit some day.

ESS is just brilliant. Yes there has been trouble around this asset but not because the asset doesn't work. Rather the trials were mismanaged. What does this create? Opportunity! And Gerald ceased it- He recently finalized the acquisition and managed to do this for pennies on the dollar. With trials slated to start in either Q3 or Q4 look to see a steady update on how the effectiveness of ESS is performing. If it is close to what its potential is then we will see in my opinion national attention.

This is the only paragraph that is close to being accurate. However GC seized the opportunity, he did not ceased it.

And it only takes one, so this is it, however, the company needs cash so they may well be taken to the shark tank and eaten. We will see.
