Am in agreement with Muskratcuzzin. Please know my post should not be construed as a plea to absolve and cease efforts to right a wrong. Although a Judge may not agree with a particular argument of facts, leaves one to contemplate reasons for doing so. If one has stronger facts covering every aspect in dispute on their side, and one is defeated in the courts, an appeal is in order. Given that, one would trust that the courts will pronounce rulings on the merits of any given case.

Here's the deal,Not only do I want these crooks to go to jail,But I want monetary compensation for being labled a conspirator,when all I was doing was trying to protect my investment...Is that too much to ask my fellow shareholders?
