If the defendant didn't do something stupid. He wouldn't be facing court.

He's not facing "court", he's facing the Plaintiff. The Court hasn't ruled the Plaintiff is entitled to jack shiiite. And absent his agreement, they had no authority to stop him from posting anything, according to the ruling.

And the court ruled he is entitled to info. Again, this is not a valid argument.

Log books are proprietary information. No one has a right to them.

Where they went and what they "discovered" can remain secret. There are ways to protect that info. All that's really needed are dates and the crew size, etc. Just general information.

Of course we have seen it posted you can watch them operate from the beach. Come on down and get the tour......was exclaimed.

One would think the lawsuit lover himself, KK would have asked a court to shut that kind of talk up....with it being proprietary and all.

He deserves what's coming to him. The defendant already admitted his guilt. Isn't this just a penalty phase?
