If I follow this *reg sho* and colluding entities DD on PTOI to the bitter end, won't the PPS be at, or near, zero at that time?
The track record says it will be, and all the fluff about processor sales and $billion dollar valuations mean absolutely nothing.
An easy to DD 99% failure rate cannot be dismissed.

10,000 *t trade* ... utilized PM (pre mkt) ..

so 7.31.15 is telling % wise .. on a few fronts

20,000 went off @ *ask* .. (not marked) .. for 30.69% of 65,150 *total* volume .. ;)

note that + 30% *again* ..

then take what longs' *known* time stamps picked off .. % wise .. less the *20k @ 083* .. 17768/45150 = 39.35%

add in the *fact* that July 2015 >> has the lowest volume for PTOI >> since 2009

(i'll actually post out *volume* >> reported to Finra >> from April 2009 to June 2015 b4 EOD)

colluding entities' have less than squat left to either *BLOCK* .. or *orchestrate* .. and since they
*almost* lost 19c one year ago (8.14.14) .. based on 5 and 10 year permits issued to P2O by NYSDEC
but NEVER *noted* by P2O's mgmt .. it's gonna be revealing what comes to pass with next round

1M cert imo is *mostly* gone .. a few *reserves* left to try and *handle* (courtesy of that 200k and 140k reset)

July 2015's volume .. is almost on par with April 2010 re: *volume totals* aligning % wise

JUL 2015 ~ Total Share Volume = 893,190

APR 2010 ~ Total Share Volume = 881,216

just a reminder WSB would be 8k'd ah's (after hours) in early May 2010
*setting* up the *first* take DOWN on PTOI from 4.00 - 5.00 to just above 1.00
this would be done on *volume* of approximately 800,000 *shares*

notes to self:

the first *round* of PTOI's stock orchestration was in 2009 (months of wash trading for the *first* RUN UP in Dec 2009)

*orchestration* took PPS to over 7.00 .. PTOI had no business being over 7.00 *imo* but once the *deed*
was done .. the hand off kicked in re: short and distort .. and PTOI *imo* would never have a *NON* manipulated pps again ..

of course in early May 2010 >> S&D had one teeny tiny little problem .. accessing *actual* PTOI certs .. so new *undertakings* implemented

2 notable events in July 2010 .. CSTI *imported* and first hit piece in play .. ;) but even that *round*
failed to SHAKE .. so next up was the letter out of the dolts on 9.28.10 .. not publicly *uploaded* till
the following August (2011) but clearly part of the *set up* for the WN .. that would get undertaken
in earnest by March 2011 (reg sho %s via colluding entities' pre perversion .. would blow up and out on *low* volume)

.. i noted this exact same info last Fall .. imo *colluding entities* are visibly on their knees

who forks over another off shore cert? .. is there even one to *fork over* as of August 2015?

will RH be able to deliver re: monies' transferred from buyer/s to seller and seat an indy BoD
effectively annihilating 6+ years of illegal stock manipulation in P2O via PTOI ..
