Here is the volume layout of the last month or so since I witnessed the heavy selling start. The stock was around .60 cents, damages for the company would be based off of the depreciation of the share price based on daily trading volume for that period.
The company will argue that the shares traded should have been at the starting price when the selling occured which was .60 cents, with a current price of .05 cents. They will leave .55 cents of missed investment for the company based on the heavy selling/price manipulation by this firm.
8,722,313 shares traded @ .55 cents = $4,797,272 in rough damages due to manipulated price reduction based on volume traded.
(just a guess, either way there is a big claim there for the comp)
