We must remember that the MIT 1000 has been here before. What is new about MMTC at the IAFP conference on food safety this year is the fact that the machine actually proved itself above and beyond all expectations through "water culturing," and was announced at the meeting with a large university standing behind the now proven MIT 1000. It was in 2012 at this same conference that the MIT 1000 was unveiled to the public eye. Today, three years of research and trial testing has pushed the machine further up the food-testing ladder of success. This means sales and income, a great expectation that is sure to come.
