Zach, I am with you, man - you well know that by now ... but we have a duty beyond getting our company back. You do NOT want a contaminated mess mired in debt from fraudulent activity. We want a clean handover, demand it, I should say. A handover from the courts, not some pile of dung in a box meet-up at Fuddruckers with people I wouldn't be seen in a sleezy casino with. Clean and de-contaminated. But I do believe the path to that happening will lead to the doorstep of the criminal side of the court system.
Thanks to the many SHs that rallied to a just cause. There will be other honest SHs that will benefit who didn't, or who were unable to, rally but they have done nothing wrong. I welcome them all to my fire.
