There is nothing to reinstatement. It's not just a case of no CEO. It's no assets (this includes no patents). Nothing. What little they had when the lights were turned off in 2012 is gone. Meanwhile, Honest George - if he is still in the U.S. - is the target of lawsuits. It is a scam.
