Perry in my opinion has no idea what he is talking about. The blame game is endless. Give him credit for blaming Clinton, bush and Obama but this idea market can survive without fannie and freddie is just stupid. In his mind i guess we should only have wealthy people owning homes. Good luck for the next generation coming up with 40k plus to put down on homes in NY and NJ. Just gonna create a generation of renters
