yes, in fact it is an actual trade.

this is a person selling that has a large number of shares. he gave an order to sell an amount of shares in uspr. the only people that know the actual amount is the seller, his broker, and the mm given the order. the mm then "works" his order during the day. sells as much as he can under the parameters given by the seller, and does an average trade after the close.

this is a large seller and he probably has more to sell then what he sold the past 2 days.
