So, because I really dont know, its illegal to buy a stock at the ASK on the end of the Day... how is that so... why is it ok for the MM to put up a ASK of .09 if its not ok to buy some of it...
Plus for what I have seen before, not that it sold but but I have seen stocks close with a high ASK only to open on the follow day, this would be Monday at a much lower ASK ...so who ever bought it simply has to taken a loss... a loss that works out to $80.00 and I get that inexperienced people will think its a sign of a run, but they still have to either sell at the BID or try and get someone to buy at the ASK and if it was done as a prank who then will buy more at the ASK.
I again have never heard of buying at the ASK as illegal.
