Ohh right, so that makes it all OK then.

So if I were to give them money for funding a patent, the only way that would be worth anything is if I could sell them, thus dilution, otherwise all the company needs to do is ask for a loan, securing a loan with now worthless shares is absurd.

SSOL is finished. Management have confirmed what I began to suspect a long time ago - they wanted to use free money from selling shares and then ditch the public side of their corporation once they were getting feet on the ground. I see them losing lawsuits because lawyers drop a non-paying client, losing business and losing money all the way to b:k. A company based in decietful practices always gets theirs in the end. Imo

ZYOUNG,

I understand the patent - it is simple but brilliant

I think they need to make their own panels to really see the potential; however, they could license the patent to panel makers and have something like a royalty stream. That would be faster than scaling up to make their own panels(their long term goal).

Did he speak to manufacturing their own own panels (could possibly take a year to scale up and fine tune in my opinion)

It was a shame that the first patent was denied. I do not think it is utilized by a manufacturer - am I correct on this ? Someone cornered the idea with a patent and did not bring it forth - correct ? I think that SSOL had a one - two punch with both of them.

I have seen before where a company has patented an idea, but could not bring the idea into a practical manufacturing environment.
