I'm certain Fund would not accept a settlement of less than $5 million or even near that number. I believe the minimum Fund would accept IMO would be closer to $25 million. Let's face it. If this goes to trial and Fund wins, which I strongly believe they will I think the damages would be closer to $40-$50 million.
