This is the last financial because the CEO, Volpe, had just come in. This was James Wright's assessment that was not audited. If you want to know the current share structure, look at the next fin's. Until they're audited, as with any unaudited company, it's only a guess. Any educated trader knows this.
The supposed accurate info from Wyoming (16 months old, but still stickied, lol) or anything completed by Seminatore or Wright (previous CEO's), is known to be completely fabricated or guesstimated.
