Agreed. Even if the .01 buyback is pushed back again 8/14 is a big day with the quarterly being due. I think the share structure might be better than most think

Although I do not own any WNTR share currently (a divy GCHI shareholder, however), I am looking forward to just that; to exactly what you just said - that there should be some evidence of that (ther 465 Million Share Buyback) when the Q2 filings come out...

And **IF** there isn't any proof of that 465 Million Share buyback, I am very interested to see how Frank will respond to that and how the current shareholders will respond to that. Will the current WNTR shareholders just sit back and "Take It" again, or will some be ultimately pushed over the edge to finally do something about it???
