I thought your source... CHF... would be giving you your answers...

You have pointed out that CHF, which gets it's answers from the MDMN Directors, is giving us bad information and that your source, not CHF, is accurate. I say this as your postings contradict everything that CHF has published.
That is why I am asking you what your source is saying about this.
