Look, no one is saying Mr. Carter doesn't warrant a great deal of responsibility for this fiasco. But it's more probable that Carter received bad advice from folks within his "inner circle" who deluded themselves to think they were the smartest guys in the room. Yes, it was wrong to stretch the true a bit, relative to some of the charges. It's probable they were thinking those actions were necessary to keep the company afloat. But not to fraudulently bilk and abscond with ill-gotten gains. Carter foolishly bought in on such behavior, but it happens. Case in point, Donald Trump just recently admitted to presenting false numbers involving financial and business matters. Now, not to say "The Donald" has submitted false financials and other corporate documents to the SEC. But he readily intimate he has done this, and further commented, "doesn't everyone?", or something to that affect. So, the REVO folks made terrible mistakes, but to commit down-right fraud; the odds are the jury is still out on that one.

When NO PROOF is available, ONE **OPTION** is to State...... Quote "No proof from anyone is needed".........."No one can convince us otherwise" ..............."Ron Carter is solely responsible for misleading Investors that products will be built and marketed???........(what does "will be" mean)........ (What are the BIG 3 Licensing) ???...............................The patent owner may give permission to, or license, (BRING TO MARKET) other parties to use the invention on mutually agreed terms...........................What rights does a patent provide? ?

A patent owner may grant a license to a third party for many reasons. "DO your own research on ANYONE advising you about **YOUR MONEY** before BUYING or SELLING REVO STOCK"........It is **YOUR MONEY INTERESTS** at the end of the DAY ...........If these PATENTS were SO WORTHLESS would you NEED to be TOLD !!!, and WHY do you suppose "THEORIES" lack PROVABLE FACTS ?? like "TAKE the PATENTS and RUN from SHARE HOLDERS".......LIKE WHEN??....... What are they WAITING FOR ??....... ALL the PROOF NEEDED about REVO/EYETALK365 will be supplied by the BIG 3 Settlements......WATCH and SEE THE PROOF !!!!!!.......NOT UNDERSTANDING REVO Press Releases is not being MISLEAD !!!!!.....
