Investors want liquidity, and if your investment is worth half of what you put in, that is not good. Saying it is good is ludicrous.

Kerry Thacker has been involve in two deals, PVEC and xnrg. She left them both at no bid. I would say that is not a very good track record.

I have done 10,000 hours of DD on this company and found no tangible evidence of an office, shop or manufacturing facility.
