I guess the company sees they will have enough with the LoC increase to get us over the hump to profitablity and the $160 run rate!!

No toxic warrants-price 110% above common stock pps. If I'm understanding correctly. Have not read it all yet.

reading it quickly...it is simply an increase of credit line from $5m to $10M, not use or draw down of credit line.
