some companies issue a statement but most don't. the sec operates on it's own mystery timetable.

The company and CEO may have been told by their lawyer to make no statement.

The SEC may take a couple years to bring charges. There also could be a parallel criminal investigation.

The SEC stepped-in to protect investors from securities fraud, and did what it could do.

Now, being on the grey market and having pretty much no access to the capital markets, may also contribute to protecting investors.

He lives in a 12,000 sq. ft. 9 Bedroom 8 Bathroom mega mansion. When he took shareholder money to live as such, do you think he has compassion for shareholders?
