People who sell at 1/2 a penny will kick themselves a couple hours later when it's over 3 pennies and back in OTCQB price range.

IMO next catalyst will be ER. Q2, from the sound of it on Twitter, was pretty successful for them- especially compared to last year. Who knows? Maybe FDA news AND ER around the same time and this stock would soar.
