Appreciate the comments. I was going by the pretty charts and thought the 2x100 mg was significantly enough better that they (or Abbvie) would prefer that despite GLPG saying the QD dosing was the way to go.

Could be. I would have thought if 2x100 mg was statistically better than another dose, they would have noted as such. Perhaps they never bothered to do such inter-dose comparisons. I agree with you though that the 2x100 mg definitely trends higher.

We also don't have safety broken out by dose, so that will factor into the decision.
