It's mind boggling what's going on here, but can someone confirm Ali and/or Carter pocketing significant company funds? These folks must have an endgame here, but what is it? Whatever the game is, it's a bet that Helfer guy, (i.e., Eyetalk365) figures in it prominently. One would ask, why would someone spend years developing viable commercial patents and just shelve them. Then proceed to behave irresponsibly, and recklessly, resulting in driving a promising company into the ground? Just crazy!
