I think what you may see with this company and present management down the road is a stock buy back and then, once it's felt the excess shares are no longer needed for funding, those excess shares would be taken off the books reducing the AS. A little tougher to do, I would think, than a reverse BUT if the company wanted to go the easy peasy route they would have just opted for some toxic financing for funding. I'm sure there are allot of shady financing companies out there that would love to get there claws on a company that has as much on the go as DDCC has and just run it to the ground. I think these guys have the shareholder and their own intrests at heart.....as we have seen, these guys are investing their own hard earned cash here as well. JMHO GLTA $$ DDCC $$
