Guys this is so basic geez only officers and insiders r restricted this goes on everyday with other co's it's great news for us shareholders as we don't have to worry about those guys selling and by them agreeing to freezing there shares for min 3 yrs is a great sign of confidence that they believe that pps will be lot higher have a great day going sky diving today weeeeeer
