Integration is going to be a positive. I think that it should go well and they will announce that on October 17th. Then the week after that will be Q3 earnings. After that, I think DOJ will conclude their investigation and all the airlines will be cleared. They have a non existent case. Then a judge will toss out that frivolous law suit from those Dallas individuals.
I do think they will settle with Dept. of Transportation. My guess is they did raise prices after the train derailment, but that's just my opinion.
Now all it takes is one bump in positive PRASM and/or guidance announcement to get this thing back up. They will time it so they have the most bang for their buck with these buybacks. You know why? They have what we don't TIME. They can take their sweet time about it. Parker is no fool, he would not have made that move to strictly stock compensation if he thought it would tank. That's just my opinion...
