Regardless of the reason, no CBD supplements + billions of shares = no bid coming quick. Also, CN has a point ... If the company stated the product was available, but actually it was not... meanwhile the printing press was whirring along at full speed??? well,,,, that's a BIG problem. JMHO

They didn't just stop promoting Nulief, they stopped everything and put it up on a dusty shelf. Kras said they working w/FDA on the issue, but given the FDA's stance, they even admitted that it would be doubtful that they would take any legal action. Reason being, the legal precedent already set in regards to CBD obtained from Industrial Hemp, imported from outside the US, is legal to sell and transport to all 50 states. This is why nothing has happened with the FDA in regards to all the hemp-based CBD being sold nationwide. Nobody shut down shop and it is business as usual.

Of course NRTI may use it to disguise their blatant fraud. What I mean is that this FDA issue came out on May 20th of this year and only a week later NRTI issued this Inergetics Announces New Sales and Marketing Representation Partnership for Nulief™ CBD Brand Post-Testing PR Newswire Wed, May 27 So if in fact they claim this change w/FDA is the reason they stopped w/Nulief, why issue that PR a week later?

The problem is they never produced any real Nulief product for retail sale and only had some mockup packages w/placebo capsules to show what it would look like. Maybe that could have caused a problem if the FDA was going to allow existing CBD products, but not any new CBD products into the market. If that were the case why put oput a PR a week after announcing this partnership and lead everyone on to think Nulief would be going to retail in the near future. In that PR James said "This new agreement is an important step in the process as we plan for the Nulief brand post-testing in dispensaries". It also made it very clear that Nulief was available in dispensaries for sale when it stated: Nulief is the first branded CBD supplement line. It is currently in test market at dispensaries.

So during all this, NRTI knew they did not have any Nulief in any dispensaries, but just kept saying they did. Plus they kept pushing the fraud with numerous PR's and in interviews w/news agencies. So if in fact there was a real problem that arose to stop Nulief, why not let shareholders know about it, as required by law? The problem is they took the fraud too far and figured there only way out was to try to quietly sweep it under the rug without anyone noticing.

Now of course, according to some, there is nothing we can do about it and thus we should sit on the sidelines doing nothing, letting them walk away scotch free. Ridiculous! I have never heard of anything so absurd! That is what's wrong with so many, where they don't want to get involved and come up with excuses instead of doing something about it. Personally, I think they just don't want me rocking the boat that may spoil the chance to get their money back.

If we don't hold management responsible this is what happens. They used all of us loyal shareholders to play their games, knowing we would lose everything. It has been one lie after another without any remorse or regret on their part. James is the worst, as he plays his games using his puppet, Kras, to do all the dirty work, while he spends his time elsewhere.

I will not stop until justice is served! Cheers!
